Supervision and Professional Education Sydney

Education and Supervision is conducted by the Director of the Sydney Couple and Family Specialists, Jacqueline McDiarmid.
Jacqueline is also the Director and founder of The Couple and Family Training Centre, and the head Lecturer of Family Therapy Unit in the Masters program at the Jansen Newman Institute. She is a highly sought-after presenter, and occasional lecturer at other tertiary institutions including Sydney University, University of Western Sydney and The Australian College of Psychology.
Supervision
Jacqueline provides clinical supervision for new and established Counsellors and Therapists. Sessions can be on either a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
Jacqueline also conducts professional development training for Counsellors, Therapists, Psychologists, Social Workers and Nurses. This can take the form of individual sessions or group workshops. Profession development is an essential requirement for clinical registration and therapist development.
Mentoring Program
Jacqueline runs a professional mentoring program for Therapists who wish to move into the area of Couple and Family work. This program is by invitation only and participants need to demonstrate a high standard of professionalism and be highly motivated to develop their couple and family therapy skills.
Organisational Change Management & Training
Jacqueline provides change management consultancy to workplaces and organisations. This may take the form of communications and/or relationship training, critical incident management or coaching for a specific outcome.
